We keep expanding the campus with a new round of updates designed to give you more control over activities, broader reach in reports, and simpler day-to-day tasks.
Activities
We added more control over how you work with activities.
- Access for graders:users with the “Grades” and “View all” permissions can see the content of activities and discussion topics regardless of whether they are open or closed.
- Bulk activity downloads:teachers and anyone with the “View all” permission can now download activities in bulk. This complements the existing bulk tool that lets webmasters download activities from multiple classrooms.
Reports that span several classrooms
We also added the ability to work on multiple classrooms at once, which saves time when consolidating information from several groups or cohorts.
- New follow-up notices report:gives you, in one place, the records of the notices sent across multiple classrooms.
- Progress by module:the “User progress by module” report now lets you select several classrooms at the same time.
Operational improvements for everyday work
Finally, we included a couple of smaller but very practical adjustments.
- Optional material download:for each study material file you can now decide whether the “Download” button is shown or not.
- Dates in surveys:we added the option to set “Open from” and “until” dates on the survey item.
