The Campus never stops growing. Every week we add tweaks designed for everyday tasks: grading, releasing, enrolling, organizing. Many are small changes, but together they save you clicks, back-and-forth and time. Here are the most recent improvements, grouped by tool.
Assessments: release and grade in fewer steps
In large courses, releasing attempts one by one could take a long time. These three improvements address that.
➡️Navigation between attempts
From an assessment's tracking view you can move from one student's attempt to the next without going back to the list, so you review and release in one go.
✅Bulk release
You can release all the pending attempts of an assessment at once.
🧩Partial scores
Multiple correct answer, match concepts and fill in the blanks questions now support partial scoring. Anyone who answers part of a question correctly earns points for what they got right, instead of scoring zero.
Catalog: more control over offerings and enrollments
The catalog gets changes both for those who manage the offerings and for those who enroll.
📋Bulk actions from the list
You can now change the visibility, the classroom access (which requires approval) and the self-enrollment status of several offerings at once, directly from the list and without opening each one.
🪪Sign-up with the field you choose
The field used to register people who self-enroll is no longer limited to email or ID number: it can be any additional text field, including the ones you create under Settings > User data > Additional data. You also define the format in which that field is requested: alphanumeric, numbers only or text only.
💳Payment links in the enrollment email
When a student requests enrollment in a paid offering, the email they receive now includes the available payment links. Previously they received the request notice with no payment details and had to go back to the catalog to find them.
🔁Resending payment links
You can resend the payment links to a specific enrollee, at any time, from Administration > Catalog > Self-enrollments.
Activities: more teachers kept informed of every submission
👥Up to 5 responsible teachers
You can assign up to 5 responsible teachers per activity, and all of them are notified when a student submits their work. Ideal for classrooms with teaching teams or shared tutoring.
📦Bulk download of submissions
Administrators and managers with access to the administration area can download submissions in bulk, and teachers can do so too from the tracking view.

📅Program units with opening and closing dates
Units now handle a full availability window, Open from / Until, just like activities, assessments, discussions and surveys. Previously a unit could only be open, closed or open from a given date, with no way to schedule its closing.
💬One WhatsApp number per classroom
In the WhatsApp integration you can set a different number for each classroom, which appears on that classroom's floating button.
❔Help, now in the sidebar
Access to help has moved to the sidebar. Its submenu brings together the Manual, the Guidance and resources documentation and access to Support.
