Monitor users optimally
Within the Analytics menu that allows monitoring the work users perform in the campus and obtaining summarized information about their usage in particular classrooms, we’ve optimized the following Advanced Reports:
View content status at a glance. Get detailed information about content uploaded to classrooms through the General Content Report. View its section, category/unit, name, upload date and status (enabled or disabled).
Review Activity Status. The Activities Report - Status by User (multi-classroom) was optimized to obtain batch information about the completion status of selected activities by users in selected classrooms/activities:
Grades at a click. The Grades Report of users in one or several classrooms was improved for faster and more efficient data retrieval, especially when handling large volumes of records:
Get user data quickly
Extract specific information from your audience. Create custom additional data from Platform administration. Choose from different types: dropdown list with predefined records (multi-value fields), numeric or text data:
Relevant user data. The platform’s customization and effectiveness level was optimized through exhaustive cleaning of obsolete additional data. The most representative and currently useful ones are maintained, which allows having a user base with relevant profile data for each project:
Streamline communication with users
Enroll and notify instantly. Send an email notice to users enrolled in new classrooms using the “Enroll” tool. This notice doesn’t include access data since these are existing users. It will only inform about the new classrooms where the user has been enrolled.
Choose recipients in real time. The filter by activated classrooms was optimized with a character or name search that lists results in real time. Allows you to choose message recipients according to the classroom and the profile they have in each one.
Manage your course content in just a few steps
Modify your tags efficiently. Delete only those not associated with evaluations. With our innovative functionality, we guarantee that tags linked to evaluations through random question blocks remain protected and functional.
Keep replicated courses updated. The Copy and Synchronize Units tool simplifies bulk content synchronization between duplicate classrooms and easily replicates new units.
Send access data in bulk

Potential Assessment and Talent Matrix (9 Box)
To complement the Performance Management module we developed Potential Assessment and Talent Matrix (9 Box). Based on Performance and Potential Evaluations, the system will automatically place each collaborator in one of the 9 Boxes. Subsequently, talent calibration can be performed, thus optimizing the management and development of collaborators within the organization:
From a Coaching approach, the 9Box Matrix provides a unique perspective for evaluating and developing talent in an organization. It classifies collaborators into nine categories, helping HR managers make informed decisions about development and succession. It’s a visual and user-friendly tool for evaluating team performance and potential.
