Your most powerful Campus: how we improved the e-learning experience

Your Campus, clearer than ever

We’ve improved our online training tool so your experience as administrator, teacher, and student is even simpler and more effective. We hope you enjoy these updates.

Campus Virtual Platform

We completely redesigned the classroom homepage so that navigating, organizing, and teaching is simpler, more visual, and more efficient. Plus, we added key accessibility improvements from Teams, new evaluation options, course tracking, and management tools so you can manage your e-learning project more easily than ever.

Enjoy a clearer and more organized view on each classroom’s homepage

We reduced white space, reorganized elements, and added key information for a clean visualization free from “visual clutter”. We’ve optimized the spaces in the unit summary on the expandable homepage, so relevant information displays more clearly. Plus, the design adapts better to classrooms with a single unit and hides unread content if no material is available:

Access content easily. Now the unit summary on the homepage can be expanded with a single click, making unit navigation easier.

More adapted classrooms. The program block design was optimized for classrooms with only one unit, offering a clearer experience.

Better visualization in units without images. The expandable summary of each unit adapts even if it doesn’t have an image loaded.

Avoid unnecessary distractions. The unread content block (located below the Program summary on the classroom homepage) will automatically hide when there’s no content to display:

Display the course program as you prefer. You can choose whether you want students to see the Program Block in full or reduced version on the classroom homepage. This option is configured from each classroom or as the default view for all. This makes it easier to organize content according to your project’s needs.

Better understand course structure. From the Unit Navigator you can easily see if a unit is closed, has prerequisites, or is opening soon. Plus, the background color indicates whether there are mandatory contents: Red when it has at least one mandatory content. Blue when it has no mandatory contents. White when it has no contents. This way you can organize yourself better and know at a glance what you need to do in each part of the course.

Quickly identify what you need to do. Above the progress disk, the round icon shows you if you have pending content and whether you can access it or not: if the icon is red, you can access and complete it; if it’s gray, it’s not yet available. This way you know at once what you can do now and what’s left for later.

Access the Campus from Teams without complications

Easier login with Teams. With the single sign-on (SSO) option, you can log into Campus directly from Teams without entering your username and password again. It’s activated from Campus administration and configured from Teams administration. Everything is ready so teachers and students can access quickly, without obstacles or confusion.

Manage Teams without interruptions. Forget about Teams lockdowns caused by domain validation errors or administration report confusion. Enjoy more stable and reliable management.

Short answer questions and material reading monitoring

Exact answer questions with automatic correction. Students can write a short answer instead of choosing options. Campus automatically checks if it matches any of the correct answers defined by the teacher and displays the result.

Embedded content

Monitor who read the study material. The Comprehensive Report now includes whether students read the study materials and details the date they did so. For each material you can see: Status (read, unread or not applicable) and Reading Date (if applicable). This allows the teacher more detailed monitoring of each student’s actual progress in the online course.

More organized classrooms and customized communication in fewer steps

Classify classrooms instantly and in bulk. Create and assign fields and their values to classify classrooms directly from the Webservices management system with the new Assign classification values method. This streamlines classroom loading and organization, and even automatically creates new classifications and/or values. Keep your e-learning project 100% organized with fewer steps and greater efficiency.

Replace the email management person with just a few clicks. From the user modification screen, access each classroom with a single click where it’s assigned. This shortcut saves time, avoids manual searches, and facilitates replacements, especially when many classrooms are involved:

Manage permissions with total flexibility. Assign different types of access to the “Contacts” and “Messaging” sections independently, adapting each profile to the needs and communication strategies of each course:
