An exclusive feature for webmasters has arrived! It’s now possible to generate bulk downloads of all activity submissions from multiple classrooms, ideal for institutional backups or to support teachers who need to evaluate student work offline.
What does this tool generate?
This feature allows you to download all submissions, or only the latest version from each student or work group.
- Generates a ZIP file with attachments, participant messages and teacher feedback, organized by classroom, activity and submission.
- Includes HTML and Excel indexes for easy navigation of content, with direct links to each submission.
The result is a ready-to-share package with teachers, coordinators or technical teams, allowing access to student work even without an Internet connection.
How is the downloaded material organized?
The ZIP includes:
✔ Folders by classroom, activity and submission
✔ HTML messages from students and teachers
✔ Attachments and multimedia materials
✔ Navigable indexes (HTML) and spreadsheets (Excel) with links to each submission.
This guarantees organized, traceable and reusable backup for evaluations, projects and historical archives.
Important:
This tool is only available for webmasters logged into the campus. If a teaching team needs a bulk download, they should request it from their institutional webmaster.

Quick tutorial: How to download submissions from multiple classrooms?
Log into the campus as a webmaster.
- From the tools menu, select “Bulk Activity Submission Download”.
- Select up to 10 classrooms to include in the download.
- Choose whether you want:
- All submissions, or
- Only the latest submission per student/group.
- Check if you want HTML index, Excel index or both.
- Click Download and a ZIP organized by classroom, activity and submission will be generated, with messages, attachments and navigable links. If you download several zips, it’s recommended to rename the file.
