The Ejecutiva manager has integrated new features that expand its management, communication, and user experience capabilities. These improvements respond to the needs expressed by administrators and users, incorporating tools that optimize campus administration and facilitate day-to-day work.
New theme for the look and feel
A Light Theme has been added to complement the existing Classic (dark) Theme. This option allows you to customize the manager’s appearance by applying the selected theme to all menus, headers, and interface elements. Configuration is done from: Administration > Settings > Appearance - Theme.
Integration with Google Calendar
Users can now add events from their courses directly to Google Calendar. On the My Courses screen, below the start date of each course, the corresponding link appears to load the event into your personal calendar.
New summary screen in departments
A screen with reports and indicators for Departments has been developed, facilitating the monitoring and analysis of information. This functionality is also available in the report views for Superior and Auditor roles.
New chart formats in performance management module reports
The Performance Management module now includes additional data visualization formats, improving the presentation and analysis of information.
Communication tools
An institutional messaging system has been developed that allows the Administrator to send communications targeted to specific groups of users. The system includes pre-built alert messages and the option to create custom messages. For example, it’s possible to send reminders to students who have not yet completed a course, facilitating follow-up and management of training activity completion.
EduGPT
EduGPT is an artificial intelligence-based assistant, specifically trained with the manager’s manuals and instructional guides. Users can consult it in a casual manner about any procedure or functionality. For example: “How do I enroll a user who has already completed an edition of the same course?”. This tool speeds up the resolution of operational questions without the need to search through documentation.
These updates strengthen the manager as a comprehensive educational management tool, combining technical functionality with attention to user experience.
