Campus Virtual Platform
Our e-learning Platform, a leading product in virtual education, has been refined once more. Preferred by schools, institutions, companies, and consulting firms, it continues to offer more tools to make e-learning a practical and comprehensive experience.
Multivalued Fields
Additional Data. We’ve optimized the additional profile data types—those fields with multiple predefined values—will now be displayed in a dropdown combo.
Catalog. We’ve improved multivalued fields in the self-enrollment form, allowing a field with different values in a dropdown combo. Clients can request Support to create new additional data with their associated predefined values.
Users
Enroll and Notify. Send an email notice to users enrolled in new classrooms using the “Enroll” tool. This notice does not include access data since these are existing users. It will only inform about the new classrooms where the user has been enrolled.
Evaluations / Questions
Tags. We’ve improved question tag management by allowing deletion only of those tags that are not associated with Evaluations. In other words, if they are associated with evaluations, typically through the inclusion of random question blocks, they cannot be deleted.
WebServices
Access Data. Send an email with access data and classrooms to which a user was enrolled when performing enrollments using webservices methods: registrar_usuario and asignar_usuario_grupo.
