Registration
Applicants’ registration for practices consists of two steps. The first one is related to student’s registration as system user, and he receives an identification and a password. Secondly, he must fill in a registration form where the following information can be required: personal information, address, profession, abilities (intellectual), attitude (character), which aspect he would like to develop or improve with a working practice, preferences regarding the type of institution as well as the area of activity in which he would like to work, so that the selected areas can be developed beforehand.

Curriculum Vitae
It allows the students or graduates: to load, to change or to delete his Curriculum Vitae.

Registration of Companies
It allows the administrator to enter the companies authorized to offer working opportunities on the database.

Record of Working Offers
It allows the administrator to complete a form with descriptive information about working offers presented by the companies already registered, in order to record the reception of the application and its date.

Record of Practices
It allows the administrator to connect the applicants who have accepted to do the practice with the company requirements. It also allows assigning the tutors that will guide the volunteers along the practice and other administrative information.

Companies Query
It allows the administrator to consult the companies’ databases according to the following searching criteria: trade name, agreement date. The list obtained from search shows the company data and its working offers. Moreover, you can consult additional information about the practices that each offer accomplished, final reports and students who carried them out

Applicant Queries
It allows the administrator to consult the applicant’s databases according to the following parameters: search by preferences, area in which he would like to work, kind of job he would like to develop, address, career or profession, etc.

Final report and tracking
It allows the administrator to incorporate a report of results into the database as well as the comments of the tutors who were in charge of guiding the volunteer during the practice. This promotes the fulfillment of what has been agreed and the achievement of the objectives of the Professional Development of the practice.

Record of Practices Consultancy
It allows the administrator to consult a database list with summarized information about developed practices within an indicated data range .
