This product is a complementary and optional e-ducativa Virtual Campus module, aimed at providing a system of users’ registration for the courses or work groups on the platform.

t is a web application; its access is through the Internet. It allows the users to register for “open” and “closed” courses; its operation is automatic (with no need of the administration intervention) or semiautomatic respectively

This application is accessible from a public URL, which is determined by the customer, and it consists of a web application form that allows those interested to be registered for the courses offered by the organization, available to be taken on e-ducativa Virtual Campus platform.

The courses are classified as “open” or “closed”, and the system operation depends on the kind of course the user is registered for:

a) Open courses: the registration is “free”, that is to say, once the application form is completely filled in, the system automatically adds the user to the selected course.

b) Closed courses: the registration must be carried out by the administration, that is to say, once the application form is filled in, the administrator receives the user’s information and loads it manually on the platform.

Each one of the application forms is loaded in two lists of a local MySQL database. One list contains applications for open course registration and the other for closed ones. The user selects the tool for the access and questions related to this information.
