This module solves the loading of bibliographic material to be published, related information and users enabled to submit queries.
The administration function is carried out through forms specially designed for the Internet.
The access to administration area is restricted, that is to say, just those users with a specific profile will be able to perform this activity.


Search module offers a fast and dynamic access to bibliographic information. It has three basic and elemental criteria: Author, Piece of Work and Content.
It has a search algorithm by word or sentence, which allows the access to information by means of any of the three options. From “Author” you can have access to all his works and contents; from a “piece of work” to the author and contents, and from “Content” to which Piece of Work and Author it belongs to.


The bibliographic alert system allows you to send by e-mail to all its members, bulletins informing the news about the last titles acquired. You can configure the frequency of service and the date from which the system must consider the recorded titles new and include them into the bulletin.
